Corporate bonds are one of the most effective and profitable ways of raising capital on Russia's capital markets. As the experience of companies that have issued bonds since 2001 has shown, demand for these securities is high. We play an active part in the Russian debt market and provide a broad range of services for organizing bond issues.

In 2001, we underwrote the first public corporate bond issue in Russia (Slavneft), and until now we have maintained our leadership in terms of the number and volume of issues organized. Between 2001 and 2006, we participated in organizing and placing more than 70 corporate and municipal bond issues totaling more than 150 billion rubles.

Our clients include Pharmacy Chain 36.6, Baltika, Wimm-Bill-Dann, GAZ Finance, Victoria Finance, Evraz Holding, Inmarko, Integra Finance, Kalina, Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Russian Standard Bank, Rus-Bank, Severstal, the Federal Grid Company, Central Telecom, Transnefteproduct and the governments of Moscow, Moscow Region, Lipetsk Region and others.

Our network of branches in Russia’s major financial centers enables us to bring together issuers and investors nationwide. We plan to play an even more active role on Russia’s rapidly developing corporate bonds market, which is set to become an increasingly important way for companies to raise capital.
