Trading Rules

Trades will be executed on over-the-counter market within the current limits set by Troika Dialog Ukraine. Whereas technical delays are possible in the Internet, the prices set by trader will be applicable instead of those indicated on the web-site of Troika Dialog Ukraine.
All trades will be executed by telephone with confirmations following.
Market participants may select only one quote at any one time, that is, only one instrument at the indicated price for only one lot size.
After each deal executed, Troika Dialog Ukraine reserves the right to change prices on any or all instruments.
For non-standard lot sizes prices may vary.
All prices are firm for standard market settlement. For other settlement days prices may vary.
When the notice “Adjusting Prices Now” appears on the screen, all prices are only indicative.
Troika Dialog Ukraine sets prices from 09:30 am till 10:30 am and from 5:30 pm till 6:30 pm Kiev Time.
Liability of Troika Dialog is limited to transmitting of prices.
